Billing

I offer a simplified solution for submitting claims, processing appeals, and ensuring you are paid for services provided.  You collect any co-pay or co-insurance fees from your clients directly; I will take care of the insurance part of the billing process so you can rest assured everything's handled correctly.

              

​Most EHRs, such as SimplePractice, TherapyAppointment, and TherapyNotes, allow a "biller account" to be added.  This allows me to remotely access your EHR and handle the billing functions without the need for filling out additional billing forms or logging session activity outside your system.

 

On a weekly or twice monthly schedule, your claims will be generated, screened for potential issues to prevent denials, and sent off to the insurance payers for processing.  I will also follow up to make sure everything is paid as expected, this includes completing any appeals if claims are denied or delayed.  All payments are posted directly to your system.
